Account Management Guide on Tomoplus for Teachers

Tomoplus is an online platform used at our school to support Japanese language learning. It allows teachers to manage students, track their progress, and ensure each learner has access to interactive materials.

Our school follows the Japanese fiscal year (April–March), so accounts should be reviewed and updated at the beginning and end of each school year.

Even though our school year starts in August, Tomoplus follows the Japanese school system.
In April every year, students are automatically moved to the next grade and class in Tomoplus.
Please check and update your students’ grades and classes in April.

📘 How to manage teachers and students account on Tomoplus Admin

1. Log into our Tomoplus admin page via the admin page link with the admin credentials.

2. Once logged in, select “ユーザー管理 Account management” on the navigation bar on the left:
   

   

3. Select “ユーザー一覧 View accounts” to view the existing accounts, including teachers and students, to delete and edit users.

4. Select “ユーザー登録 Add account” to add the new user.
