Concur

Concur is the system we use at Aoba-Japan for expense claims. If you wish to be reimbursed for personal expenses, this is the system you should use.  

Expense Claim  

Please refer below for basic rules and tips for Expense claim (Full Expense Claim PDF GuideLinks to an external site.):

One application per month

• Title for the application is "month year" (eg. "August 2020")

• Please include all expenses for reimbursement in one application for the month.

Receipts upload

• It is unnecessary to upload receipts.

• Please glue your receipts on A4 blank paper and submit it with the cover page (print out from the Concursystem) to the business office

How to Access  

In order to access Concur:

1. go to the login URL: https://www.concursolutions.com/nui/signin

2. Enter your username (email address) and press "Next"

3. Enter your password and press "Sign In"

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on step 3.
