ICT Student Onboarding
1️⃣ Admissions Creates a Ticket
When one or multiple students join the school, please use the Create New Student(s) form on the Aoba ICT Support Portal > Admin to kick off their ICT Onboarding
On the form, indicate:
A summary of the issue (eg. “New Students Starting on 10/10/23”)
Their entry date (if multiple students starting on different days, the earliest entry date)
A table of the new students joining (for verification purposes)
Whether some of the new students are in Grade 6 or lower
2️⃣ ICT Onboarding
After the ticket is received, ICT will start to onboard the student to our various technology platforms, and, once completed, communicate the new students' email addresses and initial passwords to the relevant curriculum coordinators.
