JIRA Service Desk is a powerful platform designed to streamline the process of requesting ICT help at AOBA Japan International School. From troubleshooting technical issues to seeking assistance with software and hardware problems, JIRA Service Desk is here to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution to all your ICT needs. Let us guide you through the steps to get the help you require seamlessly.
Note: You will need to log in to the portal to view the Aoba-Japan ICT portal and to be able to submit a ticket:
Step 1: Go to the ICT Support Portal link.
Step 2: Click Log In.
Step 3: Type your email address and click Next.
Step 4: Click on "Log in with Single Sign-On".
Step 5: Select "Continue with Google".
Step 6: Wait or re-open the ICT Portal link.
Key Features of the ICT Portal
Web based: You can access it from any device with an internet connection and web browser at any time.
Issue prioritization: Is your issue time sensitive? Or maybe you just have a question but aren't in any particular rush? Either way, you can prioritize your own tickets when you submit them and they will be handled with the appropriate level of concern.
Issue tracking: Want to see how far along we are in resolving your issue? Have some important info to add? Simply log in to your Service Desk account to view all of your ongoing (or previously resolved) issues. You can even reopen previously resolved issues if the situation has changed or you need further assistance.
Commenting: Comment back and forth with the ICT team member assigned to your issue, upload files, and more.
ICT Knowledge Base: Search for and read articles from our ICT Knowledge Base directly within the ICT Portal. You may be able to get the answers you need without waiting for a response from us!
In case of technical emergencies or if you don’t have access to the ICT Support Portal (this will not allow you to select a priority level), you can always create a ticket by emailing : help@aobajapan.jp
Family members/Guardians can submit an ICT Support ticket to our help desk by emailing parents.ict@aobajapan.jp.
