Phones

AOBA uses the Internet based phone system (iPBX) operated by Circle Cloud Communications. There are three different types of phones usable depending on the staff position.

1. Mobile Phone version - Used for staff members that are issued an smartphone by AOBA

2. Desktop Application - Application installed on the MacBook. Each install is dependent on the user so ICT can not push this app and will need an ICT member to assist in the installation on the MacBook.

3. Desk Phone - A typical landline style phone but uses the Internet instead.

Emergency numbers are not able to be called from this system.
