Support Information

The Resource Explorer provides clear support indicators to help faculty and staff understand the level of assistance available for each resource:

  • image-20241106-074526.png School Provided: Resources where accounts are created by ICT but user support is not provided. These are safe for use, but users are responsible for troubleshooting independently.

  • image-20241106-074601.png School Provided and Supported: Resources fully funded and supported by Aoba’s ICT team, ensuring assistance with both access and troubleshooting.

  • 8a8300d5-d5ea-46d3-9101-1de576f3bed5.png Self-Supported (Free): Verified resources that students and parents can use independently without ICT support. These are free to access, but any issues must be resolved by the user.

  • image-20250804-022026.png Self Supported and Tiered: Essentially 'freemium' where advanced features require subscription.

  • c7e9e67f-f2f1-4b4b-b011-de56507e50b3.png Self-Supported (Paid): Optional resources that require budget approval and are available for independent use without ICT support. Suitable for students or parents who wish to access additional tools, provided they coordinate payment and access.
