How to use Adobe Scan with AutoProctor?
Adobe Scan is an application used to create high-contrast images. Useful for scanning paper with writing. This is the recommended app to use along side online assessments and sending hand written responses to the instructor.

How do I use it?
Before you submit and end your exam session, grab your secondary auxiliary device (smartphone) and launch the Adobe Scan app.
Make sure you’re already logged into your school provided Abode Scan Account (Aoba Google Account) on the app before the exam.
The app will launch into the scan mode. Make sure your paper has even lighting, and then take a photo. If you have more than 1 page, tap “Keep Scanning”. Once you’re done, tap, “Save PDF”.
Next you’ll need to tap “Share” and then “Send a Copy”, use your email app to send the attachment to your instructor (proctor/invigilator) with an clear subject title (Grade, Exam Name, Your Name, etc)
Make sure you’re already logged into your school provided GMAIL Account (Aoba Google Account) on the app before the exam.
That’s it! This process should take about 2 minutes at most.
