BenQ X-Sign.

The Bunkyo lobby displays use something called Benq X-Sign, which allows you to schedule images, slideshows, and videos to be displayed on the screens at different time periods.

Access to X-Sign is provisioned by ICT administrators. If you require access, please contact ICT at help@aobajapan.jp.
Login to X-Sign

Visit the BenQ login page

Input your Aoba email address and password.
Note that Sign in with Google will not work here
Using X-Sign

Click on X-Sign to open it up

Select the device whose schedule you want to alter and click on the schedule symbol:

Here you can create new schedules or edit existing ones. For example, if there is an ongoing schedule for weekdays which displays a certain video, and you wish to change that video you can click anywhere on the schedule to bring up the window.

On this window you can edit the name, schedule and the content to be shown.

Click edit next to the content to open the content window.

Click the big orange + button to add content.

Then you can select from pre-existing content, which you can search through by clicking the search button, add new content by clicking the upload button, or change the view with the view button.

When uploading a video, the preferred file extension is .mp4.

For images, .jpg is preferred.

You can also create a new schedule by clicking on an empty section of the calendar, selecting your media type, and filling out the details of your schedule.
