Exam Proctoring Solutions

Our school uses different exam proctoring tools depending on the needs of each program and campus. Below is an overview of the solutions we have experience with.

Exam.net

• Where: Used at the Bunkyo campus for the high school program.

• What it does: Provides a secure digital exam environment that locks down student devices and prevents access to external resources.

• Type: Application

• Experience: Successfully used in previous academic year. Teachers and remote-students gained familiarity with its workflow and security features.

AutoProctor

• Where: Currently adopted for Aoba Global Campus.

• What it does: A proctoring platform integrated with online assessments. It uses webcam and microphone monitoring to flag suspicious behavior during exams. Creates post exam logs.

• Type: Web-application

• Status: Subscription began recently.
